Sometimes beautiful things come into our lives out of nowhere. We can’t always understand them, but we have to trust in them. I know you want to question everything, but sometimes it pays to just have a little faith.

help! I am painfully shy & it's hard for me to relate to people but people think that I am full of myself. I just feel like when I am open with others I am judged & people don't like my opinions on things (this comes from previous experiences) people I do talk to want me to go over to their houses & hang out but I'd rather be by myself, I don't know what to do. I'm just simple & people think I am mad or rude when I give them simple answers. do I change? I feel like nobody can relate to me.

Hey, I had to read that over because you are describing me in a nutshell. No, you don’t need to change for others, ever. You seem like you know exactly what you want, the simple answers, wanting to be by yourself, choosing the people you want to open up to. If you have that much confidence in you then you should never feel judged. So be open minded, open hearted, in all that you do. And if people think you are stuck up or cocky, it is because they haven’t taken their time to talk to you. Yet always try to engage, there is always so much to learn from the minds of others.

(n.) An individual not interested in engaging in casual sex; lack of desire in intercourse unless emotional bond is present. Their sexual attraction is only formed by a strong emotional connection shared with their significant other. Mostly confined to romantic long-term relationships. (via bonvivantx)
